Received a rating of 4.63/5 (93%) on an anonymous participant evaluation for a customized assessment, 360° feedback, debrief and coaching program for 99 senior leaders. The program was conducted in partnership with the University of Calgary, Haskayne Executive Education, to support multi-year leadership development.

The assessment report was a great baseline on where I am starting my leadership journey. This has enabled me to reflect on where I am now and how i can continue to work towards my career goals and my development goals. Also having the insight of where my strengths are and how I need to improve was a great baseline going into the program so I was able to go into each session knowing what I wanted to take out of it for self growth.
The assessment and debrief at the beginning was exceptionally helpful in helping identify blind spots and focusing on areas of improvement.
The 360 and meeting provided a platform for personal development growth. Excellent.
