Received a rating of 4.63/5 (93%) on an anonymous participant evaluation for a customized assessment, 360° feedback, debrief and coaching program for 99 senior leaders. The program was conducted in partnership with the University of Calgary, Haskayne Executive Education, to support multi-year leadership development.

The assessment report was a great baseline on where I am starting my leadership journey. This has enabled me to reflect on where I am now and how i can continue to work towards my career goals and my development goals. Hood Packaging Corporation Paper Division in Calgary has been using The Hayward Group for over ten years. We send potential senior candidates who we are considering hiring to have them assessed and to ensure that they are a good fit for our organization.
Depending on the position, candidates are assessed for problem solving skills, personality and behavioral style, decision making abilities, teamwork and collaboration skills, communication and strategic thinking, team leadership, planning and organizing skills and cultural fit and motivation. The candidate is also interviewed by The Hayward Group.
Once their assessment is completed, a summary report is produced and reviewed with management. This report gives a clear picture on the candidates strengths and what areas that they may need coaching or training in. This report not only is extremely helpful for us in making a hiring decision, we continue to review the report of the individual we hire and set up coaching and training plans for areas that they may need strengthening in. The report is also reviewed yearly at the time of performance reviews to set good goals for the employee.
We use their 360 degree reference program which is very effective. The training programs they offer are also great. I do not hesitate to recommend them.
